DESCRIPTION:ECPI University is pleased to announce the Spring 2026 Commencement ceremony on Saturday, May 9 at 1:00 pm at Chartway Arena in Norfolk. Parking is available in the garages located at the corner of 45th Street and Hampton Boulevard; please note that parking requires a fee.Designated handicapped parking is on the first floor of the 43rd Street parking garage and the second floor of the 45th Street parking garage.There is also a drop-off location on 45th Street.
