Purchase tickets online at ChartwayArena.com.

ChartwayArena.com is the official ticketing website for Chartway Arena. Tickets purchased through other websites are considered "third-party," as they have been previously purchased through ChartwayArena.com or the box office then resold through a website not affiliated with Chartway Arena. Using an internet search engine (i.e. Google, Bing, etc.) will show search results that includes third-party websites. Third-party tickets are often listed at a price that is higher than the original face value. Third-party tickets cannot be verified until time of entry into the arena.

All Box Office transactions are card only. The Box Office accepts Mastercard, Visa, Discover and American Express.

Will Call tickets may be picked up at the Box Office beginning 1 hour prior to the event. Picture ID and signature are required for pickup.

Group rates and packages are available for a variety events at Chartway Arena. The discount and minimum group size vary based on the event. For more information on events, packages and ticket pricing please contact the box office at (757) 683-4444 or via email.

All individuals must possess a valid ticket for entry into Chartway Arena. Children under two (2) years old are admitted free of charge for most events, as long as they sit on a lap. Please note specific events require children 12 months or older to possess a ticket and will be noted in event details.
