How Do I Get To Chartway Arena?

Where Can I Park?
Parking decks are located on the North and South sides of the building, guests may park in the 45th Street Constant Center Garage or the 43rd Street Constant Center Garage.
Overflow parking will be available in the Elkhorn Garage located off of 43rd street.

When Will Doors Open?
Doors will open approximately 1 hour before each ceremony.
Do I Need A Ticket For Graduation?
Tickets are required for entry. Each school has distributed tickets for their respective ceremony. Tickets are not available through the Chartway Arena Box Office.
All seating is general admission, there are no reserved seats. First come, first served.

How Can I Find ADA Information?
Accessible seating is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Our staff will make sure that guests needing a little bit more time or special assistance are able to enter the building and get to their seats without any hassle.
Accessible parking is located in both the Constant Center 45th Street and Constant Center 43rd Street Garages directly next to Chartway Arena. Accessible Drop off is located at the entrance on 45th Street.

Will Starbucks At Chartway Arena Be Open?
A full-service Starbucks location will be open at Chartway Arena, serving your favorite handcrafted coffee beverages, premium teas, and warm, toasty sandwiches.
This location is located on the 43rd Street side of the venue near Hampton Blvd.
Order ahead and skip the line! Mobile ordering available using the Starbucks app.
Will Concessions Be Available?
Concessions stands will not be open during graduations. However, the Starbucks located on the South side of the building, off of 43rd Street will be open during all ceremonies.
Will Flowers Be Available For Purchase?
Flowers will be available for purchase in the main lobby of Chartway Arena.
Can I Bring Gifts?
Glass (i.e glass flower vases) or wrapped gifts are not allowed to be brought inside the venue. Please plan to give these to graduates outside the venue, following the ceremonies.
