Large purses, backpacks, and other large sized bags are not permitted inside the arena. Exceptions will be made for medically necessary items and diaper bags, which will be subject to search upon entry.

All concession transactions at Chartway Arena are cashless. 

Parking for Chartway Arena events is available in the Constant Center 43rd Street Garage and Constant Center 45th Street Garage. Purchasing parking passes for the garages in advance is highly encouraged for Chartway Arena events.
